Edson Hato
Edson Hato, the founder of LikeMinds, is a Curacao-born economist, business executive, strategist and the first native apppointee to serve as the Dutch Representative for Aruba, Curacao, and St. Maarten. Edson brings more than three decades of experience leading transformation across multiple type of organizations – including start ups like QuenCo and Signavio; mulitnational organizations like SAP, ABN AMRO, ING, DSM Firmenich and AstraZeneca – he brings deep expertise in business strategy, transformation and focus on behaviours that matter, development of organizations and leaders.

Jacqui Robertson
Jacqui Robertson is born and raised in Chicago and a University of Chicago graduate with a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences. Jacqui is an award-winning People & Culture Strategist that has driven transformational change at William Blair, WW Grainger, Cleveland Clinic, and ING in the Netherlands—aligning leadership, culture, and strategy to deliver results from $13.2B in deal flow to recognition from Forbes and Crain’s.
