The original LikeMinds website was developed and is currently hosted in Europe.
Therefore, European privacy policies apply.
LikeMinds is incorporated in the Netherlands, Curaçao, and Delaware (U.S.). LikeMinds B.V. in Amsterdam acts as the data controller for personal data processing under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (in Dutch: Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming or AVG).
In addition to GDPR compliance, LikeMinds adheres to relevant privacy and data protection requirements in Curaçao and applicable U.S. regulations, ensuring that your information is protected wherever we operate.
